Team Coaching is designed for agents and administrative staff of teams. We work with the Rainmaker/Team Lead to create a personalized training and coaching program for both agents and staff utilizing the systems and models of The Millionaire Real Estate Agent by Gary Keller. 

Program elements include monthly feedback for the Rainmaker, Group Coaching for the Team and invitation only group coaching and proprietary training and masterminds.
