Hailing from the great State of Michigan, Cheryl has moved twenty-three times, finally calling Chicago home.
Prior to real estate, Cheryl enjoyed a twenty year career developing public programs and exhibits in history, cultural, and science museums. A job at the Museum of Science and Industry would bring her to Chicago in 1995. In late 2003, Cheryl took her training and development skills to the real estate industry becoming a corporate sales trainer for a local real estate firm. Looking for on-the-job experience, Cheryl joined a condo conversion company and participated in several condo conversions before becoming their National Director of Training and Sales. During the shift in the market, Cheryl returned to residential real estate and joined a boutique firm as the Director of Training and Sales.
Cheryl joined Keller Williams in 2013 as a productivity coach and drove the market center’s technology. Less than two years later, she would move to a different market center and launched another productivity coaching program. Since then, Cheryl has built an expansion model for productivity coaching and launched four more coaching programs with multiple coaches. She currently leads e2p Coaching & Training, a personalized experience company.
With a Master's Degree in Human Performance & Training, Cheryl understands the needs and demands of the adult learner. As a KWU Approved Trainer, Cheryl demonstrates her passion for facilitation. Her greatest joy is creating opportunities for people to grow into their own greatness.
When not coaching or training, you may find Cheryl on the road riding her motorcycle, in the ocean scuba diving, or enjoying time with her family, and best furry friends Izzy and Emma.
